The flip side of the coin is that frozen seafood in the grocery store is NEVER vaccum shrink-wrapped. It is all cristalized - freezer burned and tastless.
C'mon Brazil - you have fabulous seafood - why is it not packaged appropriatley?
Living in Brazil I am enjoying the culture, commenting on the differences, celebrating local expressions and inviting others to enjoy all Brazil has to offer.

In my Brazilian life I had never imagined somebody would buy frozen seafood. Until I Start my Dutch life, where all seafood (even if you buy form the "vis boer" - the fish farmer) is frozen. Thus cristalized, freezer burned and tasteless.
